The story.
Goliath was founded in 2026 in DIFC, Dubai, by operators who had spent the previous decade building, scaling, and — in some cases — failing to scale AI inside enterprise environments. The pattern that kept repeating was the same: the technology worked, the business case looked solid, and the value never showed up in the P&L.
The reason was almost never the model. It was the operating system around the model — the workflow, the decision rhythm, the accountability structure, the data quality at the moment of decision. The model was the easiest part. The operating system was the work that nobody owned.
Goliath was built to own that work. We are not a strategy house. We are not an integrator. We are a small firm that takes a high-value business problem, redesigns the workflow around it, builds the system, and stays in the room until the metric moves. Then we leave.

Operating principles.

Small teams. Real ownership.
Every mission is run by a team of four to six. There is no internal hierarchy of partners-above-managers-above-analysts. The person who diagnoses the problem stays through the build. The person who builds the system stays through the value measurement. Ownership doesn't change hands halfway through.

Financial baseline first.
We don't open a mission without an agreed baseline of the metric we're meant to move. The baseline is signed by the metric owner and the finance function. Without it, value cannot be measured, only claimed — and that is not our business.

Technology agnostic.
We have no contractual incentive to recommend any specific model, vendor, or platform. The mission decides the technology, not the other way around. If the right answer is no AI at all, we'll say so — and the engagement closes early without recriminations.

Capability transfer.
By the end of every mission, the client team can run, modify, and evolve the system without us. The mission isn't complete until that's true. If we're still answering operating questions six months later, the mission failed at handover, not at build.

Goliath is registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre. DIFC is a common-law jurisdiction with an English-language regulatory framework, a data protection law modelled on the GDPR, and direct access to the largest concentration of enterprise leadership in the GCC region. For an enterprise AI consultancy serving cross-border clients, that combination is structural — not coincidental.
We operate from DIFC Gate Avenue. We work with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, Europe, and selected programmes in the UK and South Asia. Our missions follow the client. Our governance, contracts, and data protection framework stay in DIFC.
